Ambassador's visit at the Belgian subsidiary of the Hungarian pharmaceutical company Richter Gedeon

Hungarian exhibitors at Busworld Europe
On 9 October, H.E. Ambassador Tamás Iván Kovács and Dorottya Bősze Head of the Commercial Section visited Busworld Europe in Brussels, the world's largest B2B exhibition dedicated exclusively to buses and coaches. We were delighted to visit the Hungarian exhibitors Ikarus, König Kft. and Prettl Electronics Hungary Kft. Also thanks to the Chinese Yutong Bus & Coach company for the invitation and for presenting their latest products.
BENELUX Cybersecurity Roadshow
The BENELUX Cybersecurity Roadshow took place between 26-28 September, during which the Hungarian participants were able to gain insight into the specifics of the Belgian and Luxembourg cyber defence sector. The Economic and Trade Office of the Embassy of Hungary provided an opportunity for Hungarian and Belgian partners to discover synergies and develop cooperation through a Tour de Table session.
Commemoration at the statue of Béla Bartók in Brussels
At the commemoration held on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the death of Béla Bartók, H.E. Ambassador Tamás Iván Kovács and Ms. Gabriella Nagy, Hungarian Community Diplomat laid a wreath at the composer’s statue in Brussels. Mr. Tamás Zsári contributed to the event.
Brussels Heritage Days at the residence of the Ambassador
On 17 September, on the occasion of the Heritage Days in Brussels, H. E. Ambassador Tamás Iván Kovács opened the doors of his official residence and guided the visitors around the elegant Beaux-Arts-style villa, built in 1926, accompanied by Ms. Antoinette Zornig, a former resident of the building and granddaughter of the former owner of Le Soir. The Ambassador, with the assistance of colleagues from the Liszt Institute and the Embassy, welcomed the visitors in 8 guided tours, telling anecdotes of the building and the Hungarian-Belgian diplomatic life.
