Booking an appointment:

  • In case of civil status registration (birth, marriage), in cases of citizenship and for visa applications you can fix an appointment by phone or by e-mail:

Working hours:

Monday                  9h - 12h - citizenship verifications, naturalizations, visa applications

                             14h - 17h - registration of births and marriages

Tuesday                 9h - 12h - all consuar services except for citizenship verifications, naturalisations, visa applications

                             14h - 16h - picking up documents earlier requested (the consuate informs you in advance on the availability of the documents)

Wednesday:          9h - 12h - citizenship verifications, naturalizations, visa applications

                            14h - 17h - registration of births and marriages

Thursday:              9h - 12h - all consuar services except for citizenship verifications, naturalisations, visa applications

                             

Please note that no toilet is available for clients at the consulate!
