Oath of citizenship
Two of our compatriots have taken an oath of citizenship at our Embassy on 9 December. The students of Mathias Corvinus Collegium, as visitors present at the Embassy, have participated at the ceremonial event. After the oath – in the circle of the family members of the oath-takers – Ambassador Tamás Iván Kovács and the staff of the Embassy have congratulated to our new citizens.

Ms. Gabriella Nagy, Hungarian Community diplomat visited the newly opened office of Mathias Corvinus Collegium Brussels.
Minister János Csák's visit in Brussels
Minister of Culture and Innovation, János Csák had a discussion with Minister-President of the Government of Flanders, Jan Jambon. He paid a visit to the Liszt Institute and the Hungarian House and met with the representatives of the Hungarian Community in Belgium at the Embassy of Hungary.
Discussion with the Mayor of the City of Brussels
Ambassador Tamás Iván Kovács had a discussion with the Mayor of the City of Brussels, Philippe Close on the bilateral cooperation concerning inter alia the centenary of the Hungarian-Belgian diplomatic relations.
Meeting with the Ambassador of Japan
H.E. Ambassador Tamás Iván Kovács participated at the Farewell Reception of the Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Belgium and to NATO, Mr. Makita Shimokawa and his spouse, Mrs. Keiko Shimokawa on 23 November.
