On 21 July, a military parade was held in Brussels, as part of the festivities of the Belgian National Day. The event was attended by the Belgian Royal Family, H.E. Prime Minister Alexander De Croo, and several Belgian politicians. Hungary was represented by H.E. Ambassador Tamás Iván Kovács. Following the parade, the Ambassador had a personal consultation with the Belgian Prime Minister on the 100th anniversary of the Belgian-Hungarian diplomatic relations, and the preparation of the Spanish-Belgian-Hungarian EU Presidency Trio starting in 2023.
