On 24 November, the Foreign Economic Office of the Embassy of Hungary in Brussels organised a Belgian-Hungarian medical technology conference with the support of the Export Development Coordination Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The programme made a major contribution to the implementation of the Hungarian National Export Strategy: a number of Hungarian medtech companies, laboratories, universities, clusters and EU institutions presented themselves to their Belgian partners. The participants were welcomed by H.E. Ambassador dr. Iván Tamás Kovács and Dorottya Bősze, Head of Commercial Section.

On 21 November, H.E. Ambassador Tamás Iván Kovács had a meeting with Ms. Véronique Dockendorff, Political Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Luxembourg. They discussed, among other things, current EU and NATO security policy matters, the centennial of diplomatic relations between Hungary and Luxembourg due in 2024, as well as preparations for the 2023-2024 Spanish-Belgian-Hungarian EU Presidency.

On 18 November , H.E. Ambassador dr. Tamás Iván Kovács hosted Mr. Stéphan Sonneville, CEO of the real estate development company ATENOR, for a working lunch at his residence. On the occasion, Ari Epstein, Honorary Consul of Hungary in Flanders, H.E. Ambassador dr. Tamás Iván Kovács and Dorottya Bősze, Head of the Commercial Section, welcomed the participants.

On 10 November, H.E. Ambassador Tamás Iván Kovács attended an EU Heads of Mission event organised in Belgium within the framework of the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union. Tinne Van der Straeten, Minister of Energy as the guest of honour of the event briefed the participants on the Hydrogen Strategy of Belgium, the current challenges and possible solutions to the energy crisis.
