On November 15, H.E. Ambassador Tamás Iván Kovács attended the reception of the German-speaking Community of Belgium, where Minister-President Oliver Paasch delivered the keynote speech. The German-speaking Community of Belgium was formed following the 1970 Belgian constitutional reform and it is one of the three officially recognized Belgian language Communities.
