Grand Duke Guillaume's accession to the throne in Luxembourg

A series of state ceremonies were held in Luxembourg to mark the accession of Grand Duke Guillaume to the throne.

On 3 October, H.E. Ambassador Tamás Iván Kovács represented Hungary at the historic Trounwiessel in Luxembourg, a series of state ceremonies held in Luxembourg in honour of Grand Duke Henri's abdication after 25 years of reign and the accession to the throne of His Royal Highness Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume. Grand Duke Guillaume took the oath during a solemn ceremony in the Chamber of Deputies before its president, H.E. Claude Wiseler, thereby becoming the new Head of State of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Congratulations to His Royal Highness Grand Duke Guillaume!
