Since 1957, it has been a well-established tradition in Brussels that each year, together with the Hungarian Community, we remember the heroes of the Hungarian Revolution and Freedom Fight of 1956. This year the commemoration took place in full compliance with the epidemiological measures and with the support of the Brussels Police. After the commemorative mass in the St Michael and St Gudula Cathedral, Ambassador Tamás Iván Kovács delivered a commemorative speech and laid a wreath at the Monument of the Unknown Soldier with Ambassador Zoltán Nagy, Permanent Representative of Hungary to NATO and PSC Ambassador Bálint Ódor.
